I've come to realize there is probably a relationship to how good a drummer is to whether or not in concert he drums with his shirt off.

I wear turtlenecks more often.

I began doubting whether Tommy Lee was, in fact, fuckin' awesome.
I considered changing my three year old son's name to Thelonious or Pharaoh.
I told my wife a song was a good example of "hard bop."
I got into a chat room discussion about Joe Morello's style, without being absolutely sure what instrument he plays.
I've said "`Trane." Out loud.
African-Americans seem to like me more.
I bought old-fashioned Ray Bans.
